At its heart, this is a sweet romance about grief and loss. But on top of that we have all sorts of other crazy themes--wolf shifter, aunt raising her sisters kids, secret baby, motorcycle club, opposites attract--all kinds of fun that make this a really good time.

Gonzo was really dead inside and kind of awful earlier in the series. He hates women and acts like it. We get to know why in this book and Blevins does a great job making him into a wonderful hero.

I like the quiet, fierce, practical heroine a lot. I love an opposites romance so this romance makes me happy.

I wasn't really thrilled with the asexual angle in the book. Blevins does a great job through out the series presenting and developing a spectrum of sexualities as part of her characters. It turns out Constance wasn't asexual but needed a bit more kink to get her going which is all good but the idea of asexuality gets a bit mishandled I think also the heroine is a genius. We should see much more of that part of her than we do. Also, Gonzo is a little too callus at times about custody issues.

However, couple time is grand in this book as Gonzo can't help but fall in love and neither can Constance. They both grow and heal. It is a really lovely romance in that way.

I like kids and I like the kids in this romance and how parent is handled and discussing. Even though this is a erotic romance there is a lot of talking.

The series plot moves forward nicely and all the characters show up in great ways.

A very good read.

I adore Ms. Blevins and all her books! This is a terrific addition to the RTMC series! I've been waiting for Gonzo's story since I read Duke's and Ms. Blevins did not disappoint. I loved how this story developed and how all the characters grew. Ms. Blevins remains an automatic buy! Can't wait for the next book!
With each book building on the one before, adding layers to existing characters while introducing you to new ones and the women who they get involved with? One word comes to mind - addictive. This latest installment in the Rolling Thunder MC is no different and the brokenness that made Gonzo who he is today? Along with the woman who enters his life? Beautiful love story, truly.
I now have every single book from Candace Blevins that I can find and can not wait for more. This book was great from start to finish. My heart broke for the pain that both Gonzo and Candace went through before finding each other. He went from someone you could seriously hate to someone to cheat for! . I would recommend this book and the whole RTMC series. Happy reading!.
Wow! What a beautiful love story. It was sad & happy & loving mixed along with the RTMC way of life. I cried so much for Gonzo & his loss. But also for the love story that unfolded along the way.

I read it so quickly, I just couldn't put it down. All the other books have love stories in them just not as touching as this one.

Gonzo has not had it easy. He has had to come to terms with so much loss. He life takes an unexpected turn when a woman named Constance changes everything.

Constance has had to come to terms with some things and a man was not in the cards.

Candace has brought us deeper into the RTMC world and its better each and every time
To say that I am addicted to anything Candace writes is an understatement. I especially love her Rolling Thunder MC series which combines two of my favorite genres - paranormal and MC. You will want to start with Duke's story, but I will forewarn you that you won't be able to stop there. You might as well go ahead and get the whole series and just binge read because, like with anything yummy, you won't be able to stop at just one. I really couldn't wait to read Gonzo's story. I have been dying for it since we have had some serious peeks at him throughout the series. I fell hard and fast for this delicious biker shifter man. And I loved him for Connie and the kids. And damn the man can naughty talk. I loved every bit of their story and I can't wait to read more.

I give Gonzo 5 hearts!
When I first saw Gonzo in previous books, I thought he would always be a peripheral character as he was too damaged to become a main character. I was proven wrong and delightfully so!

Gonzo has had some truly sad and awful things happen in his life that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Constance has also dealt with some tragedies in her life. Where these two intersect in their lives is a place that could go really well or really bad for both of them. Candace takes us on a journey with them that is inspiring and hopeful while still being sexy.

One thing I enjoy about this series is that we get to see others from previous books, sometimes in depth and sometimes in passing. I don't think you need to have read any of the previous books to enjoy this book but it sure does help for backstory!
